PowerPoint Heaven is now 3 years old. It feels really
good to see PowerPoint animations, games and artworks
getting better and better over the past 3 years. In
recent years, you can slowly see a wide variety of games coming up. Here's a few examples of PowerPoint games by fellow hardcore PowerPointers: Pointer's Way (maze game) by Mohammad Ahmed Fikree, Music ver. C (music rhythm game) by KDC, Ultimate Sniper (shooting game) by Ted Thayer, and the upcoming highly anticipated Eight Eclipse (RPG game) by Anthony Barfield.

Artworks are catching up quickly. With the introduction of PowerPoint Heaven Discussion Board, you can see a significant improvement and interest on drawing techniques. Several works by our board members (Alex F, Ben Belford, James Niedfeldt and Zum Zum) have also made their way to PowerPoint Heaven Contributors' pool. Also, not to forget our PowerPoint Artworks Specialist, Jeremiah Lee, with his recent work Squall 3D, which has proved to the PowerPoint community that PowerPoint can be a very good drawing platform.
We have also receive large amount of submissions from Korea's PowerPoint Expert Club, all thanks to Mr. Francis Lee, Admin of PowerPoint Expert Club and a former Microsoft Most Valuable Professional, who has been assisting us in communicating with the cafe's members. Contributors from PowerPoint Expert Club have created magnificent
masterpieces. Of all the masterpieces, one which is definitely worth mentioning, is Optimus Prime 3D by anubis0129, showing how the head of Optimus Prime from Transformers
can be drawn and animated in 3D, all in PowerPoint.
Behind this success is all the PowerPoint Heaven contributors who have been spending millions of hours in exploring the depth of PowerPoint and contributing to the PowerPoint Entertainment community. Since the set up of PowerPoint Heaven, we now have 25 contributors who are constantly maximizing PowerPoint's
capabilities. We sincerely appreciate their efforts and contributions. Without them, PowerPoint is simply a presentation tool :)

Featured Honor Medals have been added. The Featured Honor Medals are given to contributors whom works have been featured on the front page at least 5 or 10 times. The Medals recognize the contributor for his continuous effort on producing excellent works that have been featured on the front page.

Lee Cherry (Yholl) is our new PowerPoint Heaven's contributor! He began using PowerPoint since Year 2003. He is a big fan of the Japanese manga, Dragon Ball, and is the creator of The Howard Chronicles (A parody of Dragon Ball Z).
He specializes in drawing manga characters using PowerPoint and most of his works revolve around Dragon Ball. Yholl's PowerPoint artworks is now available here.
Pixels Neon 2 is out! Larm and Darm have captured the 6 Neons and they are on their way to create The Perfect Neon (TPN). With TPN, they will be able to take over the universe. Your mission is to rescue the 6 Neons and stop Larm and Darm from their evil scheme! Pixels Neon 2 can be downloaded here.

Added a new PowerPoint Game - Eternal Escape.
Eternal Escape is a PowerPoint graphic adventure game (an escape the room genre) well inspired by MOTAS. In this game, you are required to solve the puzzles and riddles provided and make use of objects you found to escape from locked rooms.
Story will continue to progress as the level increases. More rooms and levels were be added from time to time.
Storyline: Your role as a young and intelligent scientist, who has been spending years researching on perfect eternity formula. One day, you have been kidnapped by some mysterious guys. When you are awake, you found yourself trapped in a room. You tried escaping. Not knowing the reason of the kidnapping, you soon realize that ransom is not what they want...

Added Spinning Globe Showcase which can be found in the Animations Page under Showcase category. This showcase also contains a semi tutorial which shows you some globe shading techniques and explains how a spinning globe effect can be achieved.

Added a new PowerPoint Webcomic, Powerpuff Girls: The Boys Are Back In Town. The webcomic is based off a popular cartoon, The Powerpuff Girls, and is well-inspired by the works of Bleedman.
It is a grown up version of the cartoon, where the story revolves around three girls: Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, who have now got into college.

Rewrite is a PowerPoint Anime based on the future world, where the robotic science has evolved beyond humans' imagination.
its respective authors of this PowerPoint Anime, Han Byul Jang (Zzangdol), described the future world coming under the reign of Robots.
The protagonist in this work, is a scientist who does research and development on robots. After finishing a Robot development project, he makes a trip to a cafe he owns to think of new idea. Deep in thought, an idea struck upon him. That is, if human could send robots to fight for war instead.
All of a sudden, he saw a robot which declared war against the human race...
Rewrite is completely drawn and animated in PowerPoint. It is available in 3 languages:
English, Traditional Chinese and Korean (Original version).

Added AutoShapes Art and Animations Showcase which can be found in the Animations Page under Showcase category.
2 new tutorials have been added. They are: Scrolling Ticker Effect and Animation Trigger which can be found in the Tutorials Page under Others section.
Added Evolution Warriors which can be found in the Animations Page under PowerPoint Movies category. Evolution Warriors is the latest PowerPoint Movie done by PowerPoint Heaven's Contributor/Specialist, Boo Jia Hao. Evolution Warriors is a Fade Motion production, which slightly differs from the Full Motion found in Shadow Fighter. This movie contains 1,500+ custom animations and all graphics are done entirely with PowerPoint's AutoShapes!

Added Shadow Fighter The Movie (New Category: PowerPoint Movies) which can be found in the Animations Page. This is the sequel of the first original PowerPoint Movie - Shadow Fighter. A total of 367 custom animations are used to create the fight scenes!

My first Portfolio is now available for download. The portfolio is titled Multimedia Web Design Presentation (New Category: Portfolio) which can be found in the Animations page.

Added a new Showcase, Shadow Fighter. Shadow Fighter is a 30 seconds motion picture animated show done in PowerPoint
mimicking the style of Arcade Fighting games. The showcase also features an additional Cut Scene. To download it, go to Animations page and scroll down for Showcase section.

Added a tutorial on Translucent Fading, under the Stacking/Overlapping/Layering Animations section. You can use translucent fading when you want to fade a picture/image/text for example, from 100% to 50% instead of fading completely.

Added a slightly complex variation on the Traditional Countdown, check it out at the Traditional Countdown Tutorial if you are interested. Also added a new tutorial on making an Automatic Slideshow and Delay before Slide Advances.
