"Bulldogs" was originally designed using a Flash animation as the inspiration.
The aim is to prove that PowerPoint has the same capabilities as Flash without the hassle of embedding files.
This particular piece was designed to introduce a speaker to an audience of sales professionals.
The musical score - along with the powerful text and animation - clearly support the presenter's motivational message.

The snowflakes in Merry Christmas box are pictures, but the box is completely drawn and animated in PowerPoint.
The image of the single small snowflake falling into the box (after it opens) was inspired by Shawn's work in PowerPoint animation.

Option 1: Story telling was used to describe how this insurer determines which of its members should receive unsolicited health-related interventions - as well as determine which interventions resulted in successful outcomes.
Option 2: As data enters a database full of records (the small boxes), records are "shuffled" to determine which member is first in line to get a call from a nurse. The order can change at any moment depending on the new data that is constantly coming into the database. Each record represents a member and his/her data. Previously the company could look at interventions (inputs) and all outcomes but could not determine which interventions caused which outcomes. Now with analysis, they can pair interventions with outcomes to determine what is - and is not- working, eliminating those potentially costly interventions that don't result in an outcome.
